We offer a comprehensive computer support and computer maintenance service. Based on fulfilling the inevitable routine computer system maintenance tasks our service provides additional valuable features at no extra cost. We, in effect, become your own dedicated I.T. department.
 
Integrated Services was established in 1998 with the mission of bringing a high level of I.T. and general computer support to the small to medium sized enterprise business sector. We realised that all businesses need the level of support that large corporations benefit from with their own dedicated I.T. departments.

We currently have three senior members of staff. These are two support engineers, Ian James and Simon Bound, and Yvonne Redhead who manages the company administration. All three are mature individuals and very experienced in their respective roles.

Ian's first experience with computers was in 1968 as a new undergraduate studying applied physics. He has gradually moved from highly technical device level assembler programming to specifying and supporting entire I.T. systems. Since 1992 he has concentrated on providing services to the small to medium sized enterprise sector.

Simon started with British Railways in 1978. Until he joined us in 2002  he had been working with and administering larger I.T. systems.

Yvonne has a real wealth of experience in business administration and financial planning. She ensures that the business runs smoothly and efficiently

  Our service is designed specifically for the small to medium sized business sector. Our ethos is to bring all this skill and experience to add real value to our client's business. We do not simply support the computer hardware as most other I.T. support organisation do. We support the business.

We recognise that computers are only tools, they are tools that should add productivity and profit to your business. To do this requires more than merely keeping them staggering along and patching them up when they go wrong. The system as a whole must be properly designed and configured. It must be properly maintained and modified to match changing business needs. New technology must be deployed as it becomes appropriate and above all it must represent the very best cost / performance value. We have all the necessary skill and maturity to provide this service and being a small business yourselves we instinctively know how to respond to our clients.

Integrated Services (GB) provides total computer support for all small to medium sized enterprise and businesses (SME). This computer support  / I.T. support and computer maintenance includes all hardware support and related software support; standard Ethernet network support and wireless networks; both LAN and WAN, Broadband ADSL / SDSL and all Internet support services; Voip (Voice over IP or telephone service, voice, over the Internet) and Web hosting.  The computer support service covers all aspects of computer security including disaster recovery and backups, Internet security, remote access and VPN. Our computer support is delivered as anything from simple ad-hoc on-site hardware support  / software support to routine computer maintenance contracts and full I.T. consultancy.  We also offer an ad-hoc service for anything from  single PC support to a full domain server system. We can help with a complete range of task from something as simple as RAM upgrade to resolving a full system crash.

Our territory:
Integrated Services (GB) Limited is based in Liss in East Hampshire and provides its computer services and computer support for the small to medium sized business community (SME) into the counties of Hampshire, Surrey and West Sussex. However to be able to provide a reliable and rapid response for on-site support and our routine computer maintenance support we limit our range to an approximate 25 mile radius of Liss. This covers the immediate area of Hampshire including Liss, Petersfield, Alton, Liphook, Bordon and Whitehill,  and into Surrey with Haslemere, Hindhead. To the East this range extends into West Sussex covering Midhurst, Petworth and South to Chichester. To the West, back into Hampshire we cover towns including Winchester, Bishops Waltham and  Alresford, To South we go as far as Emsworth, Havant and Portsmouth taking in the area between, including Waterlooville, Cosham and Horndean.  Our Northern area in Hampshire includes such towns as Basingstoke, Hook, Odiham, Aldershot and Farnborough. This Northern area in Surrey covers Farnham, Godalming, Guildford and Cranleigh
