The Requirement

A brand new start-up company needed a complete new technical infrastructure to support their business of providing a domiciliary care service.

 Action

The first step was to attend a meeting of the board of directors to discover what they wished to achieve and the style in which they planned to conduct the business.

Using the defined criteria we researched possible line of business solutions, selecting a short list of three. We arranged demonstrations from each and contributed our technical analysis to their final decision. 

With this selection made we designed both the computer and telecomms. systems that best supported it (including domain name selection and web design). Following a detailed justification this was duly approved. 

We then assisted in selecting suitable office accommodation. The selected offices required some data re-cabling that we organised and supervised. Next the equipment (previously sourced and ready to go) was installed and configured. Finally it was commissioned and tested with basic training given to the new staff.
