We assume total responsibility for your computer system, we will recommend, source, install and configure new equipment, we will kept it running, we will deal with all the day to day problems that crop up, we will ensure that your system remains current and competitive. In short we become your dedicated I.T. department allowing you to concentrate one hundred percent on what you do best - running your business.

Without doubt one of the most valuable assets of any business is its data. This data is quite literally priceless because it is unique and no amount of money can buy it back if it gets lost. In many respects data held on a computer system is safer that the equivalent hardcopy (computer files don't get lost behind the filing cabinet, get made illegible by having coffee poured over them or fade with age etc, etc). But the computer storage medium is vulnerable to failure so it is prudent to ensure a copy of the data is kept.

We advise on and maintain appropriate backup regimes, ensuring, on a periodic basis, that the copied data is both valid and retrievable and that it is kept safe.

A simple data recovery following a hard disk failure, or a restoration of accidentally deleted files is the most common disaster recovery procedure. However in rarer circumstances the entire computer system must be replaced. This requires a detailed knowledge of its components and their configuration. Our routine support contract covers this aspect also.

Of course it is much better for a disaster not to happen so we advise all our clients on appropriate high resilient redundant systems to minimise any problems.

Our territory:
Integrated Services (GB) Limited is based in Liss in East Hampshire and provides its computer services and computer support for the small to medium sized business community (SME) into the counties of Hampshire, Surrey and West Sussex. However to be able to provide a reliable and rapid response for on-site support and our routine computer maintenance support we limit our range to an approximate 25 mile radius of Liss. This covers the immediate area of Hampshire including Liss, Petersfield, Alton, Liphook, Bordon and Whitehilland into Surrey with Haslemere, Hindhead. To the East this range extends into West Sussex covering Midhurst, Petworth and South to Chichester. To the West, back into Hampshire we cover towns including Winchester, Bishops Waltham and  Alresford, To South we go as far as Emsworth, Havant and Portsmouth taking in the area between, including Waterlooville, Cosham and Horndean.  Our Northern area in Hampshire includes such towns as Basingstoke, Hook, Odiham, Aldershot and Farnborough.
