HARDWARE SUPPORT
Our philosophy is basic and very simple: We assume total responsibility for your computer system, we will recommend, source, install and configure new equipment, we will kept it running, we will deal with all the day to day problems that crop up, we will ensure that your system remains current and competitive. In short we become your dedicated I.T. department allowing you to concentrate one hundred percent on what you do best - running your business. Computer hardware is now incredible reliable. Very few problems are caused by hardware malfunction, most are system / software related. Therefore we believe specific hardware support contracts are a huge rip-off. Of course hardware faults do occasional happen and we deal with these on an ad-hoc basis, only acting as and when is necessary to effect a repair. We have one exception to this rule, the main server. We always recommend the manufacturer's hardware support scheme as it is vital that should the main server develop a fault this is fixed in the very shortest possible time. In these cases we will diagnose the issues and handle the entire call out process for you. In common with all other aspects of your computer system if a fault occurs with any hardware we will fix it without fuss and without using any of our client's resources.

Integrated Services (GB) Limited is based in Liss in East Hampshire and provides
its computer services and computer support for the small to medium sized
business community (SME) into the counties of Hampshire, Surrey and West Sussex.
However to be able to
provide a reliable and rapid response for on-site support and our routine
computer maintenance support we limit our range to an approximate 25 mile radius
of Liss.
This covers the
immediate area of Hampshire including Liss,
Petersfield,
Alton,
Liphook,
Bordon
and
Whitehill,
and
into Surrey with Haslemere,
Hindhead. To the East
this range extends into West Sussex covering
Midhurst,
Petworth
and
South to Chichester.
To the West, back into Hampshire we cover towns including

To South we go as far as
Emsworth,

Portsmouth
