We believe that we can probably add most value to your business through our routine maintenance contract. However this service is not necessarily the most appropriate one for all businesses.

So we also offer a pre-paid hours contract. With this service you purchase our support time by pre-paying for blocks of eight hours. You can then call off these hours as and when they are required. When all eight hours have been used up you simply buy the next block.

Provided your contract is in "credit" (i.e. not all the pre-paid hours have been used) we guarantee to respond within eight working hours. We also offer free telephone support but unlike the routine maintenance contract any time that we use up carrying out remote access work will be debited from your hours balance.

We apply the same rigorous business ethic as to our routine maintenance contract. You will also still benefit from the wealth of our experience and our policy of providing proactive advise where it's deemed appropriate.
