CASE 1
On assimilating a second business our client moved from Petersfield into new premises in Waterlooville. We planned the move of the two computer systems and their integration into one business unit. The move was executed out of normal working hours and the new system was up and running with virtually no disruption to normal business. The only input from their management team was to show us round the new building, show us the second computer system and give us a short briefing on how they wanted the combined new system to function. As part of this expansion they also took on new application software. By liaising with the suppliers we achieved a very smooth transition, again with no significant input from their management team.

  CASE 2
We were called to look at a failed PC. Although we got it running again we had already flagged that it was coming to the end of its useful and life and therefore recommended that it be replaced immediately. The MD merely said O.K - he did not have to consider if it were really necessary, where a new machine would come from, if it would correctly specified and best value, how it would be installed and configured. With no further input from him a suitable machine was sourced, supplied, installed and properly configured. It was ready for use very quickly and with minimal disruption for the user.

CASE 3
During a routine visit we noticed that the quality level of our client's Broadband connection was unacceptably low. This was an Internet connection that we had supplied via our ISP partner Opal. Our joint investigation pointed to a problem with the BT cables. BT's response was to blame the customer's networking equipment. We immediately eliminated this possibility by re-testing with our own, know good, equipment. This forced BT into a site survey which resulted in some faulty cables being replaced to produce a good quality service. The only involvement that our client had in the whole process of resolving a problem that they did not realise existed and bringing it to a satisfactory outcome was to receive our progress reports.

However to be able to provide a reliable and rapid response for on-site support and our routine computer maintenance support we limit our range to an approximate 25 mile radius of Liss. This covers the immediate area in Hampshire of Liss, Petersfield, Alton, Four Marks, Liphook, Bordon and Whitehill, and into Surrey with   Haslemere, Hindhead. To the East this range extends into West Sussex covering Midhurst, Petworth and South to Chichester. To the West, back into Hampshire we cover towns including Winchester, Bishops Waltham and  Alresford, To South we go as far as Emsworth, Havant and Portsmouth taking in the area between, including Waterlooville, Cosham , Horndean. and Rowlands Castle Our Northern area in Hampshire includes such towns as Basingstoke, Hook, Odiham, Aldershot and Farnborough.
